Investment Analyst

The Community Outcomes Fund

The Investment Analyst position would be focused on one of Maycomb’s flagship funds, the Community Outcomes Fund, as well as other efforts to provide flexible, mission-aligned debt to impact enterprises. Cross cutting the work at Maycomb Outcomes is a commitment to expanding access to economic opportunity for low-income families and individuals. The Analyst may work across a variety of vehicles and custom strategies under the management of the Maycomb Outcomes team. The Investment Analyst for The Community Outcomes Fund will be primarily responsible for supporting all aspects of the investment process.

Education Finance Lead - Educational Resources Impact Fund


The Education Finance Lead will have the responsibility for supporting multiple aspects of the Educational Resources Impact Fund.  This individual will assist the team with business development efforts, underwriting loans that balance financial return and impact, and managing investor relations to ensure that updates, feedback and lessons learned are successfully communicated back to the funder group and other advisors.  The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in educational resources and finance/investments with a curiosity to grow his or her career across new skill sets.
